Sales Representation

  • We act as the primary sales representative team for the client, promoting their products or services to new and existing customers.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers and potential partners in the target market.
  • Present product offerings with a deep understanding of features, benefits and unique selling points.
  • Proactively identify sales opportunities and pursue leads to expand the client’s customer base.

Account Management

  • Serve as the main point of contact for the client’s accounts, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
  • Provide personalized support to clients, addressing their needs, concerns and inquiries promptly.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Regularly review account performance to identify growth opportunities, upselling and cross-selling.
  • Monitor customer feedback and market trends to anticipate needs and adapt account strategies.

Client Advocacy

  • Act as the client’s advocate within the market, ensuring that their goals and expectations are met.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to the client on market conditions, customer feedback, and competitive developments.
